Opomulero is one person that needs to be associated with. A humanist,an advocate of OOU STUDENTS. The reformation in OOU social life started during his reign. Encouraged all to participate in the rebuilding of OOU social life which was his major achievement. He was able to stand tall among other campus social director academically and socially. Using his academic achievement for others to follow. Being a socialist doesn't not make one a failure. OOU, OOU-SUG,LAW,FACULTY OF ART AND RELIGIOUS STUDIES DEPT IS PROUD OF YOU...
